Showing Success and Positive Impacts Hispanics and Latinos Have Within Our Society

My name is Jake Ladd and I am the creator of this website. I have witnessed how hispanics and latinos have been misunderstood in our society and how many actually positively affect our community. Coming from a hispanic background, I want to change the way hispanics are viewed in our community. My mom’s parents are both immigrants, my grandfather was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and my grandmother was born in Cartagena, Colombia. I am from Raleigh and play for the local soccer team, North Carolina Football Club. Through my career, I have had many hispanic or latin teammates that have positively affected me as a person. Therefore, I want to continue to share how hispanics and latinos help others in society and positively impact the community,
